Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Batch Pkg Manager (the "Software"), made by ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Software you agree to them.

1. License

When you buy a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to the number of Macs stated at purchase, at the same time. The free preview may be used on any number of Macs. You may not resell, sublicense, share your license key publicly, or attempt to bypass the licensing.

2. Purchases

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Refunds follow our refund policy.

3. Your responsibility

The Software installs and removes software on your Mac using administrator rights you grant. You are responsible for choosing what to install or remove, for keeping backups of important data, and for only installing software you are licensed to use. Removal cannot be undone.

4. Updates

We may release updates with fixes or new features. Updates within the major version you purchased are free. We may decide to charge for future major versions.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that it will be error-free or work with every installer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

7. Third-party components

The Software includes 7-Zip (7-zip.org) by Igor Pavlov, used under the GNU LGPL with the unRAR restriction. 7-Zip's license is included with the Software.
